Dear ORCID Community,
I was sent the following email about the ORCID link for the journal I help run: the Journal of Philosophy of Emotion:
We have been notified by an author that your ORCID workflow is currently broken, we can see that the re-direct you have registered with ORCID is not the same in your call (link)
The following instructions should be of assistance

Unfortunately, I have no idea what this email is telling me in order to understand the problem and how to fix it.
I don’t know where I’m supposed to look and what do to make the “re-direct” and the “call” the same. I don’t know what the “re-direct” or the “call” is.
I am using the Open Journal Systems. Any help would be appreciated.
