As you may have seen, today we published three reports from our Funder Working Group (which includes representatives from some of your member organizations!) on the use of ORCID in funding workflows. The reports cover ORCID and grant DOIs and the use of ORCID in grant applications and grant reporting processes. Collectively, they summarize how and why to use ORCID and other persistent identifiers at all stages of the funding cycle – from grant application to publication.
These reports represent a lot of hard work on the part of the FWG and we are very excited to be able to share their recommendations - please do help us spread the word in your communities. Thank you!
